According to GDACS, 930,000 people from Rakhine State, 210,000 people from Chin State, 170,000 people from Magwe Division and 440,000 people from Sagaing Division may be hit by dangerous winds.

A total of 5.4 million people in Myanmar can be affected by winds of at least 40 mph. The airfields that are likely to be damaged are military, It has been issued a warning that the airfields of Thi Lin and Ganga Go.
